Arsenal have been heavily linked with a move for Fiorentina striker Dusan Vlahovic this month, with many reports claiming he is the Gunners' top transfer target.
However, it seems as though hope could be fading in the race for the Serbian, with Serie A side Juventus reportedly seeing an offer accepted for the striker.
The 21-year-old has already proven to be an elite player in Italy and given the project currently being built at Arsenal, losing out on him may be seen as a blow.
Mikel Arteta may be forced to look elsewhere for a new striker, given their need for a new hitman up front.
The Spaniard is currently set to lose Alexandre Lacazette and Eddie Nketiah in the summer, with both forwards coming to the end of their contracts at the Emirates Stadium.
