Dusan Vlahovic has said that the decision to sign for Juventus was an "easy choice" amid Arsenal's transfer interest in the 22-year-old.
The Gunners identified the Serbian as their top January target but he eventually moved to Turin.
After agreeing to terminate Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang's contract so that he can complete a move to Barcelona on a free transfer, Arsenal have left themselves with only two recognised strikers in the squad in Alexandre Lacazette and Eddie Nketiah.
And to add extra salt into the wounds, Vlahovic has stated how happy he is at his new club, and confirmed that it was an easy decision to make despite interest from the Premier League.
"I am thrilled and proud to have signed with Juventus. A glorious club. I am ready to give my best for the team and obtain great results. I want to thank Juventus President and all the people that brought me here," Vlahovic said during his unveiling press conference, via Football Italia.
"There were many rumours about foreign clubs, but the choice was easy because the club and I have a similar DNA. Fight and suffer when needed. I think it’s part of my mentality as well, so the choice was not difficult."
