The end of the season is upon us, and what a season it has been for Leicester Tigers. Who would've thought that Steve Borthwick and his team could build on the progress made in 2020/21 and be crowned champions of England a year later?

They did it by leading from the front. Every single round of the Gallagher Premiership, which included two bye weekends when Tigers didn't even play remember, Leicester started each new week in pole position. A semi-final win against Northampton Saints delivered the final which saw the best two teams all campaign go head-to-head. And of course, Leicester Tigers triumphed to lift an eleventh Premiership title.

It was an afternoon at Twickenham Stadium that won't be forgotten in a hurry. From the thousands in the stands to the many more watching on from home, pubs and clubs.
