Fans flood Monty Don with sweet messages after announcement about 'beautiful' dog Ned

Fans flooded Gardeners’ World star Monty Don with messages after he shared a post on Instagram about his beloved dog Ned. Monty, 69, revealed that it was the golden retriever’s second birthday on Saturday, July 20.

The family welcomed Ned in 2022. Monty posted a photo of the gorgeous dog and wrote: "It is Ned's birthday today. He is two."

Ned has become a familiar face to viewers as Monty regularly brings his dogs along when he’s filming. Fans were quick to wish Ned a happy birthday and said how happy they are to see him on screen, BirminghamLive reports.
