Heartstopper fans all have same question as Netflix teases upcoming third series

Following the release of Heartstopper's second season in August 2023 and the highly anticipated third series set for October, devotees of the show are clamouring for a fourth season.

Netflix stirred excitement among fans on Saturday by posting a collection of images from the second series on Instagram, captioning it: "It's been a year since we said 'hi' to Heartstopper S2."

Eager viewers swarmed the comments section to inquire about the potential fourth season, even though the third has yet to premiere.

One eager fan questioned the streaming service: "So when are we saying hi to Season 4?" accompanied by leaves emojis. Another chimed in with: "S4, when?" while another added: "And the best anniversary present a S4 announcement."

Another fan humorously demanded: "Ok now confirm the fourth season," and a fifth shared: "And we have missed new Heartstopper show material intensely," reports the Mirror.

One comment highlighted the anticipation: "The wait for Season 3 is difficult, but not as difficult (and certainly not as infuriating) as your silence about picking up the 4th (final) season."

The third season is scheduled to hit Netflix screens on October 3, leaving fans with a three-month countdown until the next chapter unfolds.
