Every cancelled and delayed flight from Manchester Airport on Thursday, September 7

Manchester Airport will see another busy day of holidaymakers heading abroad today. The UK's third busiest airport welcomes thousands of people every day to its three terminals.

But airports across the country have had a hectic couple of weeks. Last Monday, the air traffic control glitch saw around 250,000 passengers affected by cancellations and delays across the country in one day, before disruption continued last week.

And yesterday, passengers faced long delays through Border Control as the search for Daniel Abed Khalife takes place nationwide. Customers reported having their IDs checked following security, causing long queues.

This morning (September 7), a number of departures from Manchester Airport have already been delayed. More than 20 are expected to be late by more than 30 minutes.
