Euro 2022: Young England fan's adorable reaction as Gabby Logan gives her final tickets

A young England fan tugged on the heartstrings of the nation after she was surprised with tickets for the Euro 2022 final.

The young fan, named Tess, went viral last night for her celebrations following England’s stunning 4-0 semi-final victory against Sweden.

As the final whistle blew at Bramall Lane, the jubilant crowd burst into a rendition of ‘Sweet Caroline’, and Tess was captured singing her heart out.

A video of the moment spread like wildfire on social media, with BBC presenter and former footballer Alex Scott sharing the clip with the caption: “Woke up still feeling like this.”

After delighting football fans up and down the country, Tess appeared on BBC Breakfast alongside her grandma, where they were joined by pundit Ian Wright.

Her day got even better when she appeared by video link on the BBC’s coverage of the Euro 2022 semi-final between Germany and France.

Tess spoke to Gabby Logan at half-time, and was surprised with a pair of tickets to the final on Sunday.
