Erik ten Hag press conference LIVE Manchester United updates and team news for Fulham fixture

Manchester United manager Erik ten Hag will take questions from journalists at Carrington on Friday.

United lost successive home games 3-0 against Manchester City and a weakened Newcastle in the space of just a few days and they have lost five of their first ten games at Old Trafford for the first time since 1930-31.

There is mounting pressure on Ten Hag and he needs to oversee a change of fortunes to get United back on track in the Premier League.

United have the challenge of playing Fulham next and it won't be straightforward. The Reds needed a stoppage-time goal from Alejandro Garnacho to win 2-1 at Craven Cottage last season and Marco Silva's side are coming into form.

Ten Hag will likely take questions about his position, he'll reveal the team news and preview the Fulham match.

There is increasing unrest among a number of United players amid the team's plight this season.

Dressing room sources have told the Manchester Evening News doubts are growing over Erik ten Hag's management and there is simmering resentment among certain players towards teammates. Some players are also unimpressed with the general direction of the club as its strategic review enters a 12th month.

United have lost eight of their 15 matches this season and the 3-0 League Cup elimination by Newcastle United marked the first time they have conceded three goals in consecutive home defeats for the first time since October 1962.
