Emmerdale fans 'rumble' who started fire at Caleb's business - and it's a familiar face

Emmerdale fans are certain that Kim Tate is behind the fire that destroyed Caleb Miligan's business.

In Tuesday's episode (30th July), Caleb and Ruby returned from their Bali holiday to discover a fire had ravaged Caleb's workplace. The news was delivered via a shocking phone call.

The police were soon knocking on Caleb's door, questioning his whereabouts during the fire as they suspected foul play. Adding to the suspicion, it was revealed that Caleb had upped his insurance premiums before his departure.

Meanwhile, Kim has been on a mission to uncover who is scheming against her after learning Rose Jackson was attempting to sabotage her life. However, she's aware Rose isn't the mastermind of this plot.

Kim started suspecting her old adversary Caleb might be the one plotting against her. But would Kim go as far as setting fire to Caleb's business?, reports the Express.

At The Woolpack, Ruby accuses Kim Tate, but Caleb dismisses her suspicions.

"Nah, she might be a vengeful witch, but our beef's ancient history. It would make no sense", he reassured his wife. Yet, shortly after, Kim approached Caleb and made a jest about the fire.

"Is that smoke I can smell on you", she quipped, to which Caleb retorted that he was awaiting a hefty insurance claim.

However, Emmerdale fans are convinced that Kim is playing a game with Caleb and that she is indeed the arsonist.

On X, an individual expressed their suspicion with: "I know Kim's behind the arson. But I don't think she would've acted on a hunch. I really want her to sort out Ruby and Rose #Emmerdale."

Another person was quick to proclaim: "#Emmerdale that fire has Kim written on it", and someone else chimed in with: "So Kim has burnt his business down ? ! ! #emmerdale."
