ITV Emmerdale fans 'rumble' John Sugden twist as they work out who Aiden Moore is

Emmerdale viewers were left stunned on Tuesday (August 13) when a surprising twist revealed that John Sugden (played by Oliver Farnworth) had an identity tag of a man named Aiden Moore. Fans wasted no time speculating that this could be his late ex-partner's name.

John recently made his way into the village after a romantic encounter with Aaron Dingle (Danny Miller) which started on a dating app and ended in the back of his camper van. In an unexpected turn of events, he found his long-lost sister, Victoria Sugden (Isabel Hodgins), at his mother's funeral.

After finding himself stuck in the village following a tense encounter with Aaron, John was shocked to discover his van was missing. He immediately suspected that pranksters Mackenzie (Lawrence Robb) and Aaron were behind it.

The feud between them escalated in Monday's episode (August 13), when the lads dumped his cherished van in a nearby river.

Understandably enraged, John warned Mack and Aaron that they had 'no idea' what they had done or who they were messing with, reports the Express.

In the latest episode (August 13), John continued to express his anger towards Mack and Aaron, demanding the return of his camper van.

He also threatened to involve the police if his vehicle wasn't returned, confirming his extended stay in the village.

Cain Dingle (Jeff Hordley) offered John a job on the farm and ordered Mack to repair his van as compensation for the prank.

However, during a conversation with Victoria in the barn, she handed him a tin containing some of his personal items. When John discovered an Army tag with the name Aiden Moore engraved on it, he kept it from Victoria's view.
