Elden Ring: Every Sacred Tear location

Elden Ring has a variety of important items that can boost your abilities within the game, including Sacred Tears.

Sacred Tears are important as you’ll use them to upgrade your flasks, which are vital to boosting your HP or your FP.

They don’t quite operate in the same way as Golden Seeds, however. These offer you the ability to increase the amount of HP or FP that is restored each time you use your flask.

Sacred Tears can be found throughout the Lands Between, but they are typically seen in churches and in statues.

Once you’ve got one, you can use them at a Site of Grace; select the flask option and then click ‘increase amount replenished by flasks.’ Spending a Sacred Tear will upgrade the flasks for you.

They are a vital piece of equipment and you’ll be in desperate need of them the further into the game you go. Some of the boss battles at the very end of the game will be next to impossible if you haven’t used the Tears to upgrade your own flasks and health.

There are Tears found in every area of the game and we’ll list them in the order in which they can be found in the world, starting in Limgrave, the opening area.

There are four Sacred Tears in total in the first region of the game and can be found in the following locations.

Go to the southern region of the map across the Bridge of Sacrifice. The Church of Pilgrimage is above the map’s Erdtree symbol. Head in and find a Sacred Tear.

Go south-west of the Church and find the Fourth Church of Marika. In here is another Tear.

Once you’ve found the Castle Morne Rampart site of grace, go west and climb the hill. There’s
