Dartford manager Ady Pennock on two red cards in the first three games of the Isthmian Premier season

Dartford manager Ady Pennock won’t be pressing the panic button after a “crazy” start to the season.

The Darts have had two red cards in three Isthmian Premier games and picked up just one point.

Skipper Michael Olarewaju saw red in last Saturday’s 2-0 defeat at St Albans, a week after Ben Frempah was dismissed at Dulwich in a 4-0 opening day loss.

It’s been a slow start but Pennock has still taken encouragement from what he’s seen.

Pennock revealed the Darts appealed against Frempah’s red card at Dulwich, but the original decision was upheld.

The Darts boss said: “We appealed the first one because the lad kicks the ball and it wasn’t a bad challenge, it was clumsy, he was going away from goal and Jonny Henly was going to pick the ball up. We thought that was a good appeal but they said
