Coronation Street's Lisa George reunited with former co-star as she ditches UK after job news

Coronation Street star Lisa George has been able to enjoy a much-welcomed reunion with her former co-star after ditching the UK. The actress revealed on social media that she has headed off on a summer break and has been sharing updates with her fans and followers.

Lisa, who is known for playing Beth Sutherland in the ITV soap, confirmed on Instagram that she had jetted off to Venice and has since revealed that she is enjoying her stay with former Corrie co-star Katie McGlynn.

It's been several years since the pair were seen together on stage as aunt and niece, with Katie emotionally bowing out of the soap at the end of Sinead Osbourne's cancer storyline after seven years of playing the character in 2020.
