Coca-Cola Christmas truck arrives in Greater Manchester this week - here's everything you need to know

After weeks of anticipation, the exact date and location that Coca-Cola’s Christmas truck will be arriving in Greater Manchester has been unveiled.

For many of us, the arrival of the big red truck marks the start of the festive season - and the Christmas vehicle has already been doing the rounds across the country throughout the last few weeks.

Earlier this month, it was revealed that this year’s truck will be its ‘biggest and best’ to date, and will be held in support of the FareShare charity which helps to fight hunger and combat food waste.

Having already visited the likes of Edinburgh, Belfast, London and Gateshead, the truck’s next stop is now Greater Manchester - and it’s arriving here tomorrow (December 4).

The Coca-Cola Truck will visit Ashton-under-Lyne on Wednesday from 12pm. Encouraging visitors to ‘embrace their inner Santa’, this year’s truck has an emphasis on sharing acts of kindness.

Here’s everything you need to know about where and when the truck arrives, what this year’s theming revolves around and what there will be do at the magical pop-up.

The truck will be setting up base at the Ash Tree Farm pub on Pamir Drive. The postcode is OL7 0LY and its situated near to the Village Hotel Manchester Ashton and near to Ashton-under-Lyne town centre.

The Tameside pub is also conveniently located near to Ashton West Metrolink tram stop. It will be there from 12pm until 8pm.
