BBC Strictly Come Dancing's Johannes Radebe makes change in simple message to Montell Douglas after tearful appearance

Johannes Radebe made an obvious change as he returned to social media with a simply message to Montell Douglas after they spoke out on their Strictly Come Dancing exit for the first time.

As fans saw over the weekend, the pair faced the dreaded dance-off for a third time in a row. Reflecting on her Strictly journey, Montell turned to Johannes and said: "Firstly the show has brought this amazing man into my life. I've grown in myself and my confidence has skyrocketed and I've just enjoyed the experience."

She became visibly emotional as she went on
