Chester Zoo and Knowsley Safari offer free tickets during teacher strike

Chester Zoo and Knowsley Safari are both offering free tickets for this week's teacher strike.

Tuesday, February 28 is the second teacher strike to take place this month as staff protest over pay and conditions.

Both attractions are letting kids in completely free of charge, with visitors simply having to book online in advance.

And for one day only, the Tiger Trail will be home to series of Artefact Touch Tables – 'enabling visitors to travel from the rainforest, into the dessert and through the savannah, whilst learning from Knowsley Safari’s expert educators about animals in their habitats'.
