Chelsea: Boehly could make big changes 'very quickly' at Stamford Bridge

Chelsea have been tipped to ‘make a lot of changes’ by journalist Dean Jones after the government finally approved the £4.25 billion Todd Boehly-led consortium takeover of the club.

With two departures already confirmed and potentially several more to follow, it could be an eventful transfer window for Chelsea.
