Carol Vorderman called a 'knock out' as she makes 'getting ever stronger' vow

Carol Vorderman has said she is "getting ever stronger" as she gave an update on her gym regime. The TV presenter has described how she has upped her fitness routine in a series of recent social media posts - and it seems she's happy with the progress.

Carol, 62, posted four pictures on her Twitter account showing her working out with equipment including a rowing machine, while wearing trainers, black leggings and a fluorescent top. "Getting ever stronger," she said in the caption.

She gave a more detailed update on Instagram, saying: "GYM THIS MORNING. Loving it. @coachingbychar keeping it real and happy. Nudging back to full on fitness.

"Tell you what, it's about fitness but about energy, head space, happy smiling and a whole lot more. Love it."

Carol's followers gave her the thumbs-up in the comments section. "Knock out, and I mean Knock out," said @bloodanthony, while @stanrobinson309 said: "Carol look beautiful and fantastic."

It comes after Carol shared an update after spending a full week at home for the first time since Christmas. Revealing the fact on Instagram, she said: "House finally tidy. Love it ha."
