Vicky Pattison looks 'stunning' as she delivers 'serious' dose of reality following 'best night'

Vicky Pattison has been praised by fans for sharing a 'serious' dose of reality following 'the best night' out with friends.

The reality star shared a series of photos documenting her Friday night out at London restaurant and show bar Quaglino's. In the snaps, shared with her 5.4 million Instagram followers, Vicky looked glam in an off-the-shoulder red dress accessorised with hoop earrings and dainty high heels.

Other photos and videos showed the talented performers at Quaglino's, while the final photo showed her looking hungover and barefaced on Saturday morning. She comically captioned the post: "Keep Scrolling for some serious reality... Lastnight was AMAZING... but I am paying for it today... How have I never been to @quaglinos before??? It was sooooo much fun."

She continued: "The best night with the best company - I'm off to faceplant something greasy and cry about my life choices... Hope everyone has a great Saturday!"

Friend and fans were quick to praise the reality TV star, 35, for her stunning outfit - as well as her honesty. @jojobaggers wrote: "I actually love your posts!!!
