Bruno Fernandes sends clear Manchester United transfer message to Marcus Rashford

Bruno Fernandes has sent a message to Marcus Rashford after the striker reached a Manchester United milestone.

Wednesday night saw United claim a 3-2 victory over Newcastle at Old Trafford. The win saw United keep their hopes of qualifying for Europe via their Premier League position alive going into the final game of the season.

Kobbie Mainoo, Amad Diallo and Rasmus Hojlund scored the goals for United to secure the three points for Erik ten Hag's side. United remain in eighth place in the Premier League table and will be hoping Newcastle and Chelsea can drop points on the final day of the campaign.

The win over Newcastle was also a landmark occasion for Rashford. The game was Rashford's 400th appearance in a United shirt since he made his debut back in February 2016.

After the game, Rashford posted a message on social media to send a message after reaching the milestone

"It's a special feeling to say that I have played 400 times for United. Thank you," wrote Rashford on Instagram, in a post that has been liked more than 370,000 times.

Fernandes responded by writing a four-word message to Rashford in the comments. The United captain wrote: "400 more to come," which has been liked more than 9,000 times at the time of writing.

Hojlund also left a comment on Rashford's post. The United striker wrote: "Congrats rashy.
