Bruno Fernandes leads Manchester United player tributes to Sir Bobby Charlton

Manchester United captain Bruno Fernandes dedicated Saturday's victory over Sheffield United to Sir Bobby Charlton and his family following the legendary footballer's passing earlier that day.

All United players wore black armbands in South Yorkshire to pay their respects to the 86-year-old. Fernandes also laid a wreath on the centre circle prior to kick off at Bramall Lane and there was a minute's applause for Charlton with his picture shown on the big screen.

After the game, the Portuguese midfielder shared this message on X: "A win for Sir Bobby and his family," accompanied by a red love heart emoji. Match winner Diogo Dalot also sent his best wishes to the Charlton family at this difficult time.
