BBC Strictly Come Dancing viewers say 'I'm not a fan' as they're 'distracted' by audience detail in final

Strictly Come Dancing viewers were left saying they were 'not a fan' as they were distracted throughout the final due to an audience member.

Comedian Chris McCausland, actress Sarah Hadland, JLS star JB Gill and Love Island's Tasha Ghouri have all made it to the final of the BBC One dance contest - alongside their professional dance partners Dianne Buswell, Vito Coppola, Lauren Oakley and Aljaz Skorjanec - on Saturday night (December 14).

Each couple had to perform three routines in the two-and-half-hour long last show on BBC One - a routine chosen by the judges, their own favourite dance and finally a show dance - in a bid to be crowned champions and lift the Glitterball trophy.

While the judges - Craig Revel Horwood, Motsi Mabuse, Shirley Ballas and Anton Du Beke - returned to cast an expert eye over the couples' rotuine and issue their scores, it was all for guidance and the winner was based purely on viewers' votes.

But as the spectacular finale took place, fans were distracted by the audience member sat just behind Motsi as, thanks to the studio lights, only their bare legs were on display.

@GregScottTV said: "Hope you’re liking my legs on display behind Motsi. #StrictlyComeDancing #Strictly #StrictlyFinal." @mvallely commented: "I'm really just not a fan of legs spread or hanging round the neck lifts - to me they just look so inelegant regardless of how technically impressive and well-executed they are #Strictly." @JansViews added: "The legs behind Motsi are very distracting. #JustSaying #StrictlyComeDancing #Strictly #strictlyfinal."
