BBC Strictly Come Dancing's Carlos Gu supported by co-stars over 'hidden talent' as they reunite without him

Carlos Gu has been flooded with support from his Strictly Come Dancing co-stars as he displayed his 'hidden talent'. The dancer isn't among the stars of the hit show reuniting for the new live tour.

Carlos missed out on competing in the 2024 run of the BBC One dance contest last year. Strictly returned with a brand new series back in September with hosts Tess Daly and Claudia Winkleman officially kicking off proceedings as they returned to the iconic ballroom for the 20th-anniversary series.

As well as Carlos, Lauren Oakley and Kai Widdrington were also not able to compete this year, however, Lauren was later drafted in to replace Amy Dowden due to injury.

Kai and Lauren are now back in rehearsals for the Strictly Come Dancing Live tour which will see some of the class of 2024 come back together to perform for thousands of fans in arenas up and down the country.

Carlos, however, is keeping himself busy with other projects ahead of his own headline tour, Reborn, alongside friend and Strictly co-star Amy Dowden later this year.

Taking to Instagram amidst celebrating his birthday, Carlos displayed his artistic skills and revealed his first piece of art. Alongside a picture of himself proudly standing alongside his hanging artwork, the star said: "'REBORN' My very first piece I’ve created!
