BBC Strictly Come Dancing pro names 'best ever partnership' is in show's 2024 series
A former Strictly Come Dancing professional dancer has named the 'best ever partnership' - and their taking part in the 2024 series. The BBC One dance contest is now almost 12 weeks in.
During the latest results show on Sunday night (December 1) Gladiator and former Olympian Montell Douglas became the 10th celebrity to leave hit dance programme after the musicals-themed quarter-final after she and her professional partner Johannes Radebe were defeated in the dance-off by former Love Island star Tasha Ghouri and her partner Aljaz Skorjanec.
Both couples had to reprise their latest performance before the judges unanimously decided to save Tasha and Aljaz, sending Johannes and Montell home just two weeks before Strictly's live 2024 final.

Their exit meant that joining Tasha and Aljaz in the semi-final are Chris McCausland and Dianne Buswell, JB Gill and Lauren Oakley, Pete Wicks and Jowitz Przystal and Sarah Hadland and Vito Coppola.
The remaining five couples will take to the dancefloor next week for the competition’s semi-final, where our couples will each perform two dances - having only performed one every other week of the dance show. Strictly Come Dancing returns live on BBC One and iPlayer on Saturday 7 December at 1830. The results show will air on Sunday 8 December at 1920 on BBC One and iPlayer.
And before they return to the ballroom, former Strictly pro Ola Jordan has revealed who she thinks is the 'best partnership' in the competition. The dancer named Chris and Dianne as a highlight of the latest live show after they performed a quickstep to You’re The Top from Anything Goes.
