2 Premier League clubs eye Airdrie wonderkid transfer as Hearts and Dundee United face box office competition

Airdrie youngster Divine Iserhienrhien is attracting interest from Premier League clubs Burnley and Nottingham Forest.

The 15-year-old, who has been playing for the Diamonds' reserve side, has already enjoyed a training stint with Hibs. Scottish Premiership outfits Hearts and Dundee United have also scouted the teen striker, who is still at school. The Glaswegian has already caught the eye of Airdrie gaffer Rhys McCabe, as he looks to progress to the Championship side's first team.

But he's also impressed Burnley and Forest from the top flight in England and could be targeted for a move south if he keeps up his firing form in the youth ranks in Lanarkshire. Airdrie are enjoying an impressive season in the Championship, moving into the promotion playoff positions with a thumping 5-2 victory over Arbroath. Hopes are high that youngster Iserhienrhien could make his breakthrough in the coming months years but they face a fight on their hands to keep him.
