A multi-vehicle crash has closed two lanes of the M4 near Newport with long queues in the area. Traffic was temporarily held after the crash before 9am on Wednesday, July 3, between junction 23A A4810 (Magor Services) and junction 24 A449 (Coldra) Westbound.
