Four new arrests in Talbot Green shooting case as police probe 'mistaken identity' theory
Police probing the death of a woman who was shot dead have said they are investigating the possibility she was killed in a case of mistaken identity as they confirmed four more people had been arrested. Joanne Penney, 40, was found with serious injuries and pronounced dead at the scene of the shooting in Talbot Green, Rhondda Cynon Taf, shortly after 6pm on Sunday night. A 42-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of murder.
