Middlesbrough will be ball number 21 in the pot for the Carabao Cup round one draw, which take place live on Sky Sports News at 2:30pm on Thursday 23 June. The draw takes place as part of the EFL fixture release, as clubs in the Championship, League One and League Two will also find out their full league programme at 9am.
