A young woman who alleges she was raped by Manchester City footballer Benjamin Mendy during a party at his house when she was 17 became emotional and broke down when she was quizzed by his barrister.
She repeatedly denied suggestions she agreed to have sex with him, and insisted he forced himself on her in the study of his home. “I was f***ing scared.

His alleged 'fixer' and co-defendant, Louis Saha Matturie, is also accused of two counts of rape against the same woman, who cannot be named for legal reasons.
