Kyrgios has been one of the headline attractions at SW19 this year, but his run to the quarter-finals has been shrowded by his on-court behaviour and looming reports off it.

On Tuesday, Novak Djokovic fought back from two sets down to defeat 20-year-old Italian Jannik Sinner on Centre Court. Later on, Cameron Norrie was also triumphant in a five-set epic, setting up a semi-final showdown with the six-time Wimbledon champion.

Kyrgios faces Chilean Cristian Garin on Court 1 to join them in the final four, while Rafael Nadal continues his quest for the Calendar Grand Slam on Centre Court against American 11th-seed Taylor Fritz.

Alexander Zverev has revealed that he still doesn't know when he'll return to the tour following his horror French Open injury, in what will come as a relief to Rafael Nadal and Novak Djokovic. Rafael Nadal has been handed another boost for the US Open as Alexander Zverev looks set to join Novak Djokovic on the sidelines. Rafael Nadal no longer stands in the way of a 21st Grand Slam triumph. The Spanish second seed was Thursday forced to pull out before his last-four match against Nick Kyrgios with an abdominal injury, admitting defeat in his race to be fit. Nadal's withdrawal deprives the tournament of a blockbuster semi-final against Kyrgios, which had been on the cards since the Australian beat Stefanos Tsitsipas in a bad-tempered third-round match.
