Bruno Fernandes is determined to help Manchester United icon Cristiano Ronaldo reach another special landmark in his career.
The former United star netted his 900th career goal during Portugal's Nations League win over Croatia last Thursday, reaching this milestone before Messi (867), ahead of turning 40 at the start of next year.
Ronaldo added to his tally when he netted the winning goal against Scotland (2-1) on Sunday evening. Fernandes, who turned 30 on the day, scored the equaliser, cancelling out Scott McTominay's opener at Estadio da Luz in Lisbon.

"We know that Ronaldo has goals in him, and it’s no coincidence that he scored his 900th goal days ago.
