Tom Rogic 'set' for West Brom transfer as Celtic hero heads for Championship challenge

Celtic hero Tom Rogic is set to sign for West Brom, according to a report. The Aussie playmaker has been a free agent since pulling the curtain down on a trophy-laden spell in Glasgow at the end of last season.

Rogic departed Celtic Park with a final league title to his name at the end of an almost 10-year career with the club. He's since been linked with a number of moves, including a reunion with Neil Lennon in Cyprus, as he seeks a new challenge.

And now the Daily Telegraph report the 29-year-old midfielder is expected to sign a deal with the Baggies in the EFL Championship.

West Brom are in their second campaign back in the second tier having been relegated from the Premier League in 2020/21 and have made a poor start to the season under Steve Bruce, currently sitting in 16th having drawn six of their eight games so far.
