The Traitors viewers were left rushing to comment as they spotted a major change alongside Claudia Winkleman as the hit show returned.

It's been more than a year year since the reality show first made its debut with the Strictly Come Dancing presenter as it's host.

During the 2022 series, players were made secret traitors and were tasked with “murdering” faithful contestants, while the latter had to root out the traitors and “banish” them.

Five finalists were reduced to the last three, who split the £100,000 prize between them. And on Wednesday night (January 3), viewers saw a fresh batch of 22 contestants start to battle it out at a Scottish castle as the psychological game show returned for its second series.
