Manchester United head into the summer transfer window hoping to fine-tune their squad as they seek further improvement. Erik ten Hag's first season at Old Trafford has been a success with the Carabao Cup in the trophy cabinet and Champions League football set to be secured.

The FA Cup could still follow when they take on Manchester City at Wembley next month. United have made a striker their top target.

Harry Kane is Ten Hag's No.1 attacking addition, while Victor Osimhen is also of interest. United are also keeping tabs on Rasmus Højlund and Randal Kolo Muani as cheaper alternatives if they are unable to sign either of their two preferred options. Extra depth could also be added with fresh additions in a couple of positions and the sale of fringe players. It means for some senior United stars, they could be entering their final few weeks at the club.
