Strictly Come Dancing star Shirley Ballas left her fans flustered after posting a backstage video of herself dancing in just a shirt and heels.

The former dancer, who sits on the judging panel alongside Motsi Mabuse, Anton Du Beke and Craig Revel Horwood, shimmied around her dressing room as she showed off a short routine to Barbie Girl by Aqua.

The 63-year-old was soon flooded with compliments from her fans, who told her she looked "incredible" ahead of tonight's results show.

Dressed in just a loose-fitting shirt and a pair of bright pink strappy high heels with a bow on the back, the judge strutted around the room with a big smile on her face, showing off her long legs.
