Strictly Come Dancing's Shirley Ballas 'incredible' at 63 as she shimmies backstage in just a shirt

Strictly Come Dancing star Shirley Ballas left her fans flustered after posting a backstage video of herself dancing in just a shirt and heels.

The former dancer, who sits on the judging panel alongside Motsi Mabuse, Anton Du Beke and Craig Revel Horwood, shimmied around her dressing room as she showed off a short routine to Barbie Girl by Aqua. The 63-year-old was soon flooded with compliments from her fans, who told her she looked "incredible" ahead of tonight's results show.

Dressed in just a loose-fitting shirt and a pair of bright pink strappy high heels with a bow on the back, the judge strutted around the room with a big smile on her face, showing off her long legs.

"Who is ready for the first results show this evening? … Barbie is," she captioned the video, adding: "It’s always fun in the dressing room".

Strictly pro Giovanni Pernice was quick to comment, posting three flame emojis underneath her post, while fellow dancer Vito Coppola left a heart emoji. Clothing brand McHugh Lifestyle, who Shirley tagged in the post, commented: "You look insane, and those legs... love you in our shirt."

Shirley's fans were also quick to comment, with @katvonb07 saying: "It’s a 10 from me... You look fabulous". @dawnrobertsonstannett posted: "LEGS!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You are insanely beautiful...."

@juliesudlow told the judge: "Looking hot... those legs wow x," while @sadykurn said: "You look incredible."
