Simon Jordan in fresh dig at Rangers boss Michael Beale but Ibrox 'turncoat' earns begrudging QPR respect

dailyrecord.co.uk

Simon Jordan has taken another pot shot at Rangers boss Michael Beale - with the pundit branding him a "turncoat" for leaving Queens Park Rangers for Ibrox.

However, there was some slim praise offered to the Londoner and his spell in the Loftus Road dugout following a talkSPORT interview with QPR managing director Lee Hoos - who confessed the club facing a relegation scrap this season in the English Championship.

After stepping into his first management job, Beale turned QPR into promotion contenders before he opted to make a return to Rangers where he had previously served as Steven Gerrard's No.2.

At the time that move irked former Crystal Palace owner Jordan after Beale had professed his loyalty to QPR when he was offered the Wolves job.
