Saudi Arabian club 'weighing up' Raphael Varane offer and more Manchester United transfer rumours

Saudi Arabian club Al-Ittihad are 'weighing up' a move for Manchester United centre-back Raphael Varane, according to reports.

Saudi Arabia's football sides have made themselves a force to be reckoned with in the transfer market this summer thanks to the massive transfer fees and wages they are able to offer.

Superstars Karim Benzema, Neymar and N'Golo Kante have all made the move while Cristiano Ronaldo joined Al Nassr after leaving United in December.

While the league is attracting big names, Premier League teams are also using them to their advantage by selling their ageing or unwanted stars for decent prices to bolster their own coffers.
