Rutherglen Glencairn have appointed Joe Pryce as their new manager, following Willie Harvey's decision to step down from the role earlier in the week.
Pryce was assistant to Harvey and worked alongside him for the last 13 years at Glens. He now steps up the role of manager, where he will be assisted by former East Kilbride manager Billy Ogilvie.
Harvey stepped down following the club's Junior Cup final defeat to Cumnock on June 2, but he had decided to leave the role before the showpiece game on health grounds, as he is still suffering with the after-effects of a life-threatening battle with Covid back in September 2021.
The Glens have also announced that Stevie Hutchison will remain at the club as their goalkeeping coach as the club prepares for another season in the West of Scotland League First Division.
