Rutherglen Glencairn appoint new manager after Willie Harvey exit

Rutherglen Glencairn have appointed Joe Pryce as their new manager, following Willie Harvey's decision to step down from the role earlier in the week.

Pryce was assistant to Harvey and worked alongside him for the last 13 years at Glens. He now steps up the role of manager, where he will be assisted by former East Kilbride manager Billy Ogilvie.

"Joe, a former Glencairn player, has been in The Glens' dugout for the past 13 years alongside previous manager Willie Harvey. Joe was initially first team coach, before stepping up to be Assistant Manager in August 2015. Joe has been trained in coaching to UEFA 'B' licence level, and has a wealth of knowledge of the game at this level as well as a long connection and a deep affection for the club.

"We are also pleased to confirm that Billy Ogilvie will step up to the role of Assistant Manager. Billy joined the club last summer as first team coach, and has vast experience in management and coaching at various levels in the Scottish football pyramid.

"Billy holds a UEFA 'A' coaching licence, which will greatly assist with the club's ongoing
