Napoli‘s Khvicha Kvaratskhelia is quickly evolving into one of the most feared footballers in Europe. The 21-year-old sensation, who is aptly nicknamed ‘The Georgian Lionel Messi‘, has been breathtakingly good in 2022/23 so far after completing a move to Naples over the summer.

Kvaratskhelia was signed by Napoli from Dinamo Batumi for a fee of around €12 million and already looks a player worth five times that amount.

The lightning-quick winger – who’s scored eight goals in 17 appearances for the Georgian national team – was voted the Serie A Player of the Month for August thanks to his dazzling displays in sky blue.

Kvaratskhelia announced himself on a more global stage when he tore Liverpool apart in the Champions League last week and he was brilliant once again in the competition on Wednesday evening.
