Hull City will be hoping to continue their winning start in the Championship when they travel to Deepdale to take on Preston North End this Saturday.

The Tigers came from a goal behind to beat Bristol City at the MKM Stadium on the opening day, with both goals coming from summer recruits Ozan Tufan and Jean Michael Seri to ensure a winning start to the campaign.

But the home side will be looking to build on their goalless draw with Championship new boys Wigan Athletic, and Ryan Lowe's men will have to do that without Ched Evans, following his straight red card at the DW Stadium for a mistimed tackle on Curtis Tilt in the 80th minute.

READ MORE: The starting line-up that featured at the DW Stadium is likely to remain the same, but with Evans' suspension, North End will be without a recognised striker on their bench, although summer recruit Ben Woodburn has played in that position during spells at fellow Championship sides, Blackpool and Sheffield United.
