Barcelona have officially changed the name of the Nou Camp after partnering with audio streaming company Spotify. As part of the agreement between the Spanish team and the Swedish company, Spotify has the rights to become the title partner of the stadium.

Therefore, from now on the stadium will be called the Spotify Camp Nou. A new mural on its grandstand façade showcases the new name and also features a number of Barca’s male and female stars.

Alexia Putellas, Pedri, Ansu Fati, María León, Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang and Aitana Bonmati are all visible on the mural –– highlighting how Barcelona are seeking to promote both their men’s and women’s teams.

The deal between Barcelona and Spotify is the first of its kind for the club. It will continue working on the ambitious plan to restructure the entire stadium, which will see Barca convert some of its facilities and environs into a brand new entertainment experience that will be open to the whole of the city.
