New Rangers signing Nedim Bajrami revealed how he was sold on his Ibrox move - by ex-Celtic man Liam Henderson and former Hibs defender Josh Doig.
The Albanian playmaker joined Gers in a £3.4million deadline day move from Italian outfit Sassuolo. It was with the Serie B side that he played alongside Scotland defender Doig, while he also spent time with Henderson at Empoli.
He said: “The last five years I played in Italy. I spoke with a few players who played in Scotland like Josh and Liam. They told me good things about Scotland so I’m happy to be here.
With Liam, I didn't speak a lot (about Rangers) because he played for Celtic! I spoke more with Josh. He told me, ‘You’ll love it there.
