Hart reportedly suffered a medical emergency in the first quarter and has been taken to a local hospital. Hart was alert as he was being carted off the field and gave the crowd a thumbs up, according to On3 Sports. Michigan players could be seen visibly upset on the sidelines, and the game was paused for roughly five minutes as Hart was taken away.
