The promotion momentum has fallen away for Beale and after just seven games in charge chants from the stands could be heard calling for the boss to be shown the door.
Liverpool star Fabio Carvalho grabbed the winner for Hull City in the second half of the English Championship showdown - with the Sunderland supporters chanting "You’re getting sacked in the morning…" at the struggling boss.
Beale has lost three in a row and four of his seven games in charge and the team were booed off to chants of "We want Beale out" as they dropped out of the play-off spots.
