Manchester United youngster Zach Baumann has signed his first professional contract with the club. United's Under-18s enjoyed a stunning season in the 2023/24, completing a treble and winning two of those trophies at the expense of rivals Manchester City.
Several members of that team have been given professional contracts and Baumann, who made 21 appearances last season, is the latest to have been handed a pro deal.
Baumann also made a handful of appearances for the Under-21s and he's another highly regarded prospect. The youngster plays in midfield and is comfortable in prominent positions.
