Manchester United confident on contract renewals as Erik ten Hag receives Raphael Varane boost

United are in discussions over new terms for David de Gea, Marcus Rashford and Diogo Dalot, having reached agreements with Luke Shaw and Alejandro Garnacho. ALSO READ: Ten Hag names next breakout star Club sources believe new terms for Rashford, 25, could take more time to finalise but United are aiming to have the 32-year-old De Gea under a new contract before his existing one expires on June 30.

United triggered the one-year extensions in the contracts of Rashford and Dalot in December. Dalot, 24, has started in 36 of United's 55 games this season while Rashford has scored a career-best 29 goals in 51 games.
