England's Lionesses finally brought football home at the weekend after a triumphant 2-1 defeat over Germany at Wembley. After Lucy Bronze's header led to a scramble in the box, it was Manchester City's Chloe Kelly who desperately jabbed it over the line to secure the lead.
The City Women's team shares a fair few other players with England's pride of Lionesses. Their captain is none other than World Cup captain Steph Houghton, who had to sit out of this year's tournament and has not played since January because of an Achilles injury.
There were six Manchester City players who join the starting 11 of the national side at the Euros - Alex Greenwood, Demi Stokes, Keira Walsh, Chloe Kelly, Lauren Hemp and Ellen White.
