Manchester City face will face at least two more transfer decisions after accepting Atletico Madrid's offer for Julian Alvarez.
The Argentine and Pep Guardiola openly discussed the former's future while he participated in the Copa America and Paris Olympics, with Arsenal and Chelsea among the clubs alerted to possibly sanctioning a stunning transfer.
Finances for both London clubs were tight, though, which made actually signing Alvarez a challenge, but that was not a problem for Atletico.
The Spanish club entered into the transfer race for the 24-year-old with a bang as they submitted a package offer worth £64million (€75m).
